My favorite part of pregnancy

I am officially 6 months preggo now...this is the best part of the whole 10 month (yes, once you've been through it, you know that it is NOT 9 months, but 10!) process of making another human being~

I wake up feeling good...no more nausea and I am loving having a good amount of energy! My skin has finally cleared up, so I don't look like a pre-adolescent pregnant girl (the crazy breakouts were definitely something different from my other pregnancies...a sign of a baby boy, maybe???)

I love every movement this precious baby makes. It is so reassuring to feel him/her move about throughout the day (and night!). I'm not seeing elbows poking out yet or anything, but our little Peanut wiggles a lot in there!

I'm no superwoman by any means, I am exhausted even as I type, from my busy mom-duty-filled day, but at least I am not falling into bed at 8:00pm each night...that's progress, right???

P.S. I CANNOT wait to be able to sleep on my back again in 4 months!

Welcome Spring!!!

We are so happy to say GOODBYE to the coldest winter I can remember---HELLO SPRING!

We have been playing so much on the playset in the backyard...

sliding,

and
finding lots of 4-leaf clovers,
and making sandbox dinners,
and planning for planting Daddy's garden...Chloe wants to plant an apple tree :)

I can see clearly now...except for all this pollen!

We finally picked up Mia's new glasses and I just have to say that she looks absolutely precious in them...and she is amazed at how much better she can see everything around her!

But unfortunately, Sissy, is battling some pretty serious pollen allergies and can hardly see anything through the haze of yellow...

We just need a major rainstorm so things will be clear for both my big girls.

Spring Break 2010

I always love to tag along with my mother-in-law to her beach condo in Bellair Beach, Florida over Spring Break and this year was no different...Kevin was even able to come for a few days of fun-filled family time!

Spending the afternoon at the Marriott's GREAT pool

My 3 little Easter Beach Bunnies

An incredible day at a beautiful beach: Caladesi Island.

We even got to see some dolphins from the ferry on the way back in from the island!

It was fun watching Kevin do circus tricks with our daughters...

this is Chloe after she belly-flopped after flying through the air

Quinnie didn't want to be left out!

And this is my favorite time of day at "Gram's beach"---sunset

And I had to add this one last one of Miss Q and her new best beach friend, the turtle float---she would hug it and kiss it and try and give it her pacifier. Too cute...

I can't wait to get back!
